After security: the airport’s own facilities directory lists 21 indoor smoking rooms inside the duty-free zone — 5 in Terminal 1, 3 in the Concourse and 13 in Terminal 2. Every one of them sits on the 3rd floor beside the boarding gates and is open 24 hours.

Many Terminal 1 international departures board from the Concourse, the satellite building reached by the free shuttle train from the 4th floor. Three smoking rooms serve it, all after security on the 3rd floor: near Gate 108, near Gate 112 and near Gate 127.

E-Cigarettes and Heated Tobacco
E-cigarettes and heated-tobacco devices such as IQOS, glo and Lil are used in the same designated smoking rooms and outdoor areas as cigarettes. Korea’s National Health Promotion Act treats them as tobacco products, so the rest of the terminal is smoke-free.
전자담배와 아이코스·글로·릴 같은 궐련형 전자담배는 일반 담배와 동일한 지정 흡연실 및 실외 흡연 구역에서 사용합니다. 국민건강증진법상 담배로 취급되므로 그 외 터미널 구역은 금연입니다.
