Inside Terminals:
Vnukovo airport now has designated smoking cabins. In domestic terminal near gate 17 (end of the hall, opposite side of windows area, a bit hidden), also at International terminal on the way to the gates (quite clearly visible). – Update thanks to an avid user of our website.
