Yes, Yekaterinburg Koltsovo International Airport (SVX) has four indoor smoking rooms — one each in the domestic-flight and international-flight airside waiting areas, and one each in the Emerald (Izumrud) and Topaz business lounges. All are enclosed, ventilated rooms, and the two waiting-area rooms are open to every passenger, not only lounge guests.
Koltsovo is the gateway to the Urals and one of Russia’s busiest regional hubs, with the connected Terminal A (domestic) and Terminal B (international) sharing one complex.
