Smoking at Stavropol Airport (STW) is outdoors only. The airport’s official rules confirm there are no smoking rooms in the terminal, so smoke outside, more than 15 metres from the entrance, before you go through security.

Outside the terminal: Smoke at least 15 metres away from the entrance, away from the doors, parking, and bus stops. There is no indoor or airside smoking room, so plan your last cigarette before security.

Stavropol Airport Smoking Policy
Stavropol Airport opened a new domestic terminal in December 2024 and remains a fully operational domestic hub. Unlike many Russian airports, it does not provide an indoor smoking room — the official passenger rules state smoking is prohibited inside the terminal and within 15 metres of the entrance. E-cigarettes and vapes fall under the same restriction.
