Vladikavkaz Beslan Airport Smoking Areas
Vladikavkaz Beslan Airport serves North Ossetia and is open and operating normally, with a domestic terminal and a smaller international terminal handling mostly domestic routes plus seasonal charter flights. Unlike many Russian airports, it is one of the exceptions with no designated indoor smoking room — there is no smoking cabin in the public terminal, landside or airside.
That means smokers should plan to smoke outdoors, in front of the terminal, before checking in and clearing security. Once you pass through security into the sterile departures zone, there is no smoking facility, so you will not be able to smoke again until you land.
Vaping and heated-tobacco devices are treated the same as cigarettes and are not allowed inside the terminal, so use the outdoor area before security.
