Bryansk International Airport Status
Bryansk Airport is in western Russia and was one of several airports in the region closed to civilian air traffic at the start of 2022 under a temporary aviation restriction. As of 2026 it remains closed to commercial passenger flights, and no reopening date has been announced. Russian aviation officials have said the affected airports are physically ready to resume operations once military clearance is granted.
Before the closure, the airport handled scheduled domestic flights — Azimuth to Krasnodar, Saint Petersburg and Sochi, and RusLine to Moscow, Kazan and Mineralnye Vody.
