Namibia’s Tobacco Products Control Act (2010) permits open-air, landside smoking outside airport terminals, and every terminal is smoke-free inside. Hosea Kutako International (WDH) in Windhoek, Walvis Bay (WVB), the coastal port airport, and Windhoek’s smaller Eros Airport (ERS): none of the three has a confirmed indoor or airside smoking facility.
For safari travellers heading to Etosha, Sossusvlei, or Damaraland, smoke breaks at WDH or charter departure airports work fine outdoors before boarding.

Eros (ERS). Windhoek’s general-aviation and fly-in-safari hub, just 5 km from the city centre. Open-air, landside smoking is permitted under the Tobacco Products Control Act; the airport publishes no designated area, and no smoking facility after security is confirmed.
