Podgorica Airport (TGD) lists no smoking area on its pages, inside the passenger terminal or outside it. Smoke in the open air outside the terminal, away from the doors, and ask staff for the nearest spot; otherwise smoke outside the airport property, beyond the terminal kerb and car parks. Montenegrin law bans smoking inside airport buildings except in a designated smoking room, and the airport lists none (Law on the Limitation of the Use of Tobacco Products, Articles 15 to 18).
Outside the terminal
The airport marks no smoking spot on the departures or arrivals side of the passenger terminal. Smoke in the open air outside the building, away from the doors, and ask staff for the nearest place. The airport publishes no hours for smoking outside and no rule for the car parks.
After security
The airport lists no smoking area after security and none anywhere inside the terminal. Ask staff whether one exists; otherwise smoke outside the terminal before you clear security. A connecting passenger who wants a cigarette leaves the terminal, smokes outside and clears security again; the transfer counter in the arrivals area, before passport control, checks you in for the next flight. The airport’s VIP lounges (€200 and €300 an hour before VAT, booked 24 hours ahead) publish no smoking room.
Vaping
