Terminal 2, which opened in 2019 for low-cost carriers, has no documented smoking rooms. If you are flying an LCC from Terminal 2, use the smoking rooms in Terminal 1 before heading to T2 security.
Chubu Centrair Smoking Policy
All smoking rooms at Centrair are enclosed, well-ventilated, and equipped with plug lighters (electric lighters mounted on the wall). Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the smoking rooms. IQOS and heated tobacco are allowed. Smoking anywhere outside the designated rooms is prohibited.
