The international Terminal 3 has the most rooms, and every terminal has smoking rooms both before and after security.

Special Feature: Cafe & Smoking Lounge

How Haneda Compares
With 47 smoking areas, Haneda has one of the most extensive smoking-room networks of any major airport. Narita Airport, Tokyo’s other major airport, has more than 30 smoking rooms — also excellent by world standards. Other Japanese airports like Fukuoka and Nagoya Centrair also maintain extensive smoking room networks, reflecting Japan’s uniquely smoker-friendly airport culture.
