Yes, Medan Kualanamu International Airport (KNO) has enclosed indoor smoking rooms after security. The International Departure Hall has a smoking room beside immigration, there is a smoking lounge inside a coffee shop on the Pier Level, and the Saphire Lounge in the international boarding area keeps its own smoking room.
