Yes, Tirupati Airport (TIR) has three designated smoking lounges — one landside in the check-in area, and two airside in the Security Hold Area.

Check-in Area (Before Security)
One smoking lounge sits in the check-in area, landside, before you clear security. It is the option to use if you are smoking before check-in or while waiting to enter the departure hall.
Security Hold Area (After Security)
