Yes, you can smoke at Mykonos–Manto Mavrogenous Airport (JMK) — at the designated outdoor area outside the terminal building, landside, before security. The terminal interior is smoke-free throughout, so plan to smoke before you go inside, or once you clear arrivals.

Before Security (Landside)

After Security (Airside)
There is no smoking area of any kind past security at Mykonos Airport. The departure lounge and every gate are smoke-free, with no room, terrace or open-air deck reserved for smokers airside. A connecting passenger who wants to smoke has to leave the secure area to reach the outdoor smoking area outside the terminal, then clear security again before boarding the next flight.
