Yes, outdoors only. King Mswati III International Airport (SHO) — Eswatini’s main international airport, at Sikhuphe about 50 km from Manzini — has no indoor smoking rooms. Smoke outside the terminal, near the entrances, before going through security.
Outside the terminal: Step out near the main entrances to smoke. There is no airside or indoor smoking lounge, so smoke before passing security; you would need to exit and re-clear screening otherwise.
Opened in 2014 and operated by the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority, SHO replaced the older Matsapha Airport for commercial flights. It is a single multi-storey terminal with light traffic — mainly Eswatini Air and Airlink services to Johannesburg — so it is quiet and easy to step outside for a cigarette before screening.
