No. Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is entirely non-smoking inside its terminals. You can only smoke (or vape) at the 14 designated outdoor areas located in front of the terminal entrances, before security.
Prague Airport is the main gateway to the Czech Republic. Terminal 1 handles non-Schengen flights and Terminal 2 handles Schengen flights, with both buildings connected and sharing the same landside forecourt.
Where to Smoke
There are 14 designated outdoor smoking and vaping areas directly in front of the terminal entrances at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. These signposted spots on the landside forecourt are the only general-access option for smokers.
PRG closed all indoor and transit-zone smoking corners on 1 May 2018, so there are no enclosed indoor smoking rooms anywhere in the airport today. The one airside exception is the Mastercard Lounge in Terminal 1, which has a private outdoor smoking terrace reserved for lounge guests only — it is not open to general passengers. To smoke airside otherwise, you must exit through arrivals, use an outdoor area, and re-clear security.
Vaping
E-cigarettes and heated tobacco products are treated the same as smoking under the Czech Anti-Smoking Act (2017). Vaping is banned in all indoor public spaces, including the entire airport interior. Use the same 14 designated outdoor areas in front of the terminals.
