Tips for Smokers at Montréal-Trudeau Airport
- Montréal-Trudeau has no indoor smoking rooms. Quebec law requires standing at least 9 meters from building entrances when smoking at YUL.
- Montréal winters are harsh. From November to March, outdoor smoking at YUL can be extremely cold. Plan accordingly and keep your smoke break short.
- Security lines at Montréal-Trudeau are typically moderate. A round trip for a smoke break usually takes 25-35 minutes.
- Cigarettes are available at duty-free shops after security and at convenience shops in the departures area.
