Yes, you can smoke at Burgas Airport (BOJ) outside in front of Terminal 2, before security, and in the open-air spaces and terraces of the departure lounge, after the security check. Smoking, e-cigarettes included, is banned everywhere else in the terminal.

After Security — Open-Air Spaces and Terraces
After the security check, the departure lounge has open-air spaces and terraces where smoking is allowed; they are open to the air, not enclosed rooms. Burgas Airport publishes no gate numbers or opening hours for them, so ask staff for the nearest one.
